Terms of Service
These terms cover free self-reflection results and single-person digital reports. Review the selected product, final checkout amount and Refund Policy before purchasing.

How the Product Is Created
Mystic East uses an internally developed BaZi calculation and interpretation process that has been repeatedly tested and refined. Birth information is converted into the Four Pillars, Five Elements, Ten Gods, and luck-cycle data through rule-based calculations. AI-assisted writing then turns the calculated chart data into a personalized digital self-reflection report.
Before delivery, the report passes automated checks for required structure, chart consistency, language quality, and key factual fields. These controls are designed to improve accuracy and completeness, but they do not make traditional interpretation an exact science or guarantee that every passage will be error-free or personally resonant.

The product is intended for entertainment, cultural exploration, journaling, and personal reflection only. It is not professional advice and should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction.
User Information
You are responsible for providing accurate birth information. Incorrect birth date, birth time, location, or timezone information may affect the generated report.
Products and delivery
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Each free, topic or complete report includes the scope shown when ordering. A topic purchase does not include the complete report. We do not offer two-person compatibility reports.
Purchases are one-time payments. Review the product, currency, tax and final amount at checkout. An order is formed on payment completion; delivery uses email and a private link. Contact support for generation, delivery or access problems.
Anyone with your link can access the result, so keep it secure. You may read, save and print it for personal use. Do not order using another person’s information without authority or resell without permission.
Payments and refunds
Dodo Payments handles payment, tax and refunds as Merchant of Record. We do not store full card details. Payment sharing and overseas transfer are explained and accepted separately.
We offer seven-day satisfaction refunds. Non-delivery, defects, duplicate charges and statutory withdrawal rights follow the Refund Policy. Personalization does not automatically waive statutory rights.
Quality and responsibility
Traditional interpretation and AI-assisted writing may contain errors or passages that do not resonate. Reports are not professional medical, legal or investment advice, or guaranteed predictions.
Liability limitations apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights. Support and refunds still apply to errors and delivery or access problems.
Changes and disputes
Legal Updates records changes, reasons and effective dates. Ordinary changes receive at least seven days’ notice; material or adverse contract changes receive at least thirty days, with previous wording available. Existing purchase rights are not retroactively reduced.
Contact support about disputes. Consumer advice and dispute-resolution channels remain available. Mandatory consumer protections govern applicable law and jurisdiction.
