How the Product Is Created

Mystic East uses an internally developed BaZi calculation and interpretation process that has been repeatedly tested and refined. Birth information is converted into the Four Pillars, Five Elements, Ten Gods, and luck-cycle data through rule-based calculations. AI-assisted writing then turns the calculated chart data into a personalized digital self-reflection report.

Before delivery, the report passes automated checks for required structure, chart consistency, language quality, and key factual fields. These controls are designed to improve accuracy and completeness, but they do not make traditional interpretation an exact science or guarantee that every passage will be error-free or personally resonant.

The product is intended for entertainment, cultural exploration, journaling, and personal reflection only. It is not professional advice and should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction.

User Information

You are responsible for providing accurate birth information. Incorrect birth date, birth time, location, or timezone information may affect the generated report.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Mystic East does not store full card details.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

No Warranties

We continually test and refine the calculation, generation, and quality-control process. Even with these safeguards, Mystic East is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every report will be error-free, uninterrupted, personally resonant, or suitable for any specific decision.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystic East is not liable for decisions, actions, losses, or damages arising from your use of the report.
