30-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting fireway365@gmail.com.

When Refunds May Be Approved

Refunds may be approved if the report was not delivered, if a technical issue prevented access to the report, if duplicate payment occurred, or if the generated report is substantially incomplete.
